Changed money again

I checked out the rates at two money changers in Tampines and settled for the much better one at Tampines Mall.

US$1 = S$1.355.

After calculating the uncle at the counter said that he will give me the price rounded up to the nearest dollar, which means I gain US$1.

So I happily thanked him.

'No no, you have to pay more!'

Then tell me that I have to pay that bit more first, don't tell me things like you're gonna give me a better price!
