The Dark Knight

Planned for a movie today along with another group of NUS people here for the summer programme.

Dinner was at California Pizza Kitchen. Well you got to have something from California in California. Just like having Starbucks in Seattle.

We had some mango curry pizza and some shrimp pizza. I can't remember their names.

There was an item on the menu which I was curious about - the Singapore Shrimp Rolls. But we didn't order it in the end.


After dinner we made our way to the Fox Theater near CPK.

It was free-seating, so you had to queue early in order to choose your seats. It's the same theater where the premieres are held in.


This is more of an auditorium.

By the way, they have hell a lot of advertisements prior to screening the movie too. Just like GV.

After the movie the weather was super cold. Nothing really weird since night time in LA was like this.

I still insisted on a cold drink though. Off to Starbucks!

Everything much alike what you see in Singapore, just that the crew aren't Singaporeans

And my all-time favourite, Green Tea Blended Cream (or Green Tea Frappuccino).


However the green tea powder they use in Singapore is more fragrant.

The movie was loooong. Like two hours plus. But it was damn nice! Batman's old but still going strong =P ahhaha.

I should watch the prequel one day.
