And Farmer's Market

I got my jazz test results back today. And the jazz essay too.

If you guys bothered to read my tagboard you probably would know already.

Anyway.

Warning! Show-off ahead! (what's new)

This is a photo of the last page of my jazz essay. Last page = page 2. HAHA. Actually what we had to do for this essay is just to summarize two chapters of the textbook. But the contents were really looooooooong.

Yeay!

And I had three mistakes out of 40 something questions. HAHAHAHA.

Yeay yeay!

If only I can get this kinda results for my core modules in NUS. Then I'll have like a glimmering future. Like glowing. And lighted up. And soooo bright it can light up the entire Earth.

But just that Mr. Harrison said he was very satisfied with the results and everyone did well. -_- This is unlike FoS, so he didn't inform us about the overall performance of the cohort. So I dunno where I stand out of about 26 students.

Alrighty, next topic.

We went to Farmer's Market today!

Farmer's Market is actually some marketplace (duh) where you can find good food and groceries.

And with good food comes Singapore's Banana Leaf. We didn't buy it anyway, the people at the counter were not Singaporeans at all, and we don't know if their very expensive prata (which they spelled it another way but I can't remember how) was made on the spot or microwaveable. Hence we didn't bother. Might as well tolerate a few weeks and go back for authentic Singaporean food!

The many tables available at the market.

Ivan bought this apple fritter for USD 1.20. It was nice but toooooooo oily.

DJ and I shared this chicken burrito. Good!!!!!!!

Ooooh look inside!

I ordered pineapple juice (a safe choice) and DJ ordered cinnamon rice milk. Eeww. Hahaha. It was just a bit too spicy for me.

The well-know tuna salad which tasted just like any other salad but cost USD 9.99 for what you see below.

After eating and roaming around (I didn't take a lot of photos, nothing really impressive) we made our way back. The bus stop was at Westwood, so when we alighted we saw a huge crowd at the village.

Decided to KPO and checkitout.

Muahahahhaha.

IT WAS A MOVIE PREMIERE!!!

But it wasn't for any big blockbuster movie, I think it wouldn't be at Westwood if it was one. This was Will Farrell and John C. Reilly's Step Brothers.

I so wanna catch Mamma Mia's premiere but it was held in New York so forget it.

Well at least I managed to catch one. =\

Reilly in white and Farrell in black.

While waiting for more VIPs to come

David Hasselhoff

I have no idea who Hasselhoff is because I don't watch Baywatch.

And there was this lady whom I have no idea who she is but well you can see how they pose on the red carpet.

Here's the poster for the movie.
